LiveSmart BC Efficiency Incentive Program has met its 3 year target in just 15 months; 40,000 British Columbians have shown how important home energy efficiency is to them. Due to this overwhelming response, the funding for LiveSmart BC Energy Efficiency Incentives was fully allocated much more quickly than had been anticipated.
All homeowners who entered the LiveSmart BC program by having their initial evaluation performed prior to August 16, 2009, have up until March 31, 2011, or within 18 months of their initial visit, to complete their retrofits and will receive their rebates and incentives as listed in the current LiveSmart BC Efficiency Incentive Program incentive chart - (www.livesmartbc.ca).
LiveSmart program partners are working on a future version of the Efficiency Incentive Program.
