  • Discounted warranty repair within 1 year of maintenance
  • Preferred rate up-front billing on repairs during the life of the Comfort Plan
  • We will manage the scheduling of equipment maintenance
  • 5% discount on new equipment and add-ons

BASIC

  • Detailed maintenance report completed on heating/cooling system
  • Discounted warranty repair within 6 months of maintenance
  • Customer manages the scheduling of equipment maintenance
